Live Bands and Solo Performers

Solaris Entertainment has a wide range of bands and live performers, and we can accommodate a wide array of instruments, styles and performances that include: cultural bands, elite party bands, solo artists that play a variety of instruments that range from typical to unique. This means that prices will vary depending on what you need and who you want. Please contact us for an exact quote.

CASINO TABLES – Prices vary. For a typical poker, blackjack, wheel of fortune or war table expect around $350+ range which includes the table, the dealer, all accessories, delivery, set up, tear down and pick up. Craps and roulette tables run approximately in the $600+ range because they require 2 dealers and are harder to transport.

NB. Events require at least one breaker and a Pitboss/casino coordinator and this cost is not reflected in the above price ranges. The above approximations are also for a 4 table minimum event. Anything lower than 4 will increase the cost/table mainly due to the increase in transportation, set up and tear down/table.

Things that will increase the cost:

  • Extra Hours.
  • Extra Travel.
  • Extra Equipment.
  • More than one location – Setting up then tearing down to set up in a different location.
  • Additional Meetings.
  • Additional Services not covered in chosen packages.
  • Late End Time.
  • Not Providing Nourishment – specifically for longer gigs.
  • If Applicable: Parking and other such expenses.
  • Effort of Set-up – Including, but not limited to: Lots of Stairs; Far from Power Source; Difficult to Access and Precarious Performance Areas.
  • Damage to or Theft of Equipment – not caused by Solaris Entertainment personnel.
  • Outdoor Events may incur additional charges, but will ALWAYS require proper protection for equipment from direct sunlight, rain, wind, dust, mud, etc.
