Vince De Marinis is a restaurant, hospitality and entertainment industry veteran. He has nearly 3 decades of direct industry experience across many different disciplines and capacities.
Vince has degrees from the University of Toronto and Humber College and is a WPIC Certified Event Coordinator. He specializes in entertainment, music, organization, advertising, marketing, promotions, and management.
He leads the Solaris team with experts in different areas of the restaurant industry, including: menu/kitchen, layout/reno/construction, decor/ambiance/music, staff training, audio/video/tech, and others.

Ray Sicchia is a consummate restaurant and entertainment industry professional. His career spans across four decades, and he has worked at many levels of this multi-faceted industry.
In his teens, he started as a DJ, and eventually climbed the ranks and learned the industry enough to have a successful run as the restaurant and nightclub owner of Toronto’s Coco Loco’s in the 1990s.
With his extensive knowledge and experience, Ray now excels as an industry and management consultant. He specializes in marketing and promotions for restaurants, bars and nightclub in Toronto and the GTA.
